Split Night Sleep Study
This study combines a diagnostic sleep study and a treatment sleep study all in one night. You will be connected to similar leads, sensors and belts as described in the diagnostic sleep study.
The first half of the night, the sleep technician monitors your sleep. Then, around 2 am, the technician will interrupt your sleep for only a few minutes and fit the CPAP mask to your face.
The technician spends the remainder of the night remotely adjusting the pressure, which is designed to reduce or eliminate your breathing disorder and less than fully restful sleep.
